Food Safety Management Procedures or "HACCP"

It is a legal requirement for all food businesses to have a documented food safety management system based on HACCP principles. We specialise in providing caterers with simple and low cost procedures that keep record keeping to a minimum.

Training

We are an RSPH approved training centre and, as such, are able to provide accredited food hygiene qualifications. We also provide bespoke 1 day or ½ day short courses for managers and staff to help you comply with legal requirements for training.
